Due to the small shop space, only three guests are allowed into the shop at the same time and attention is paid to that - exemplary. This is a good way of preventing an impending risk of infection. The food is professionally prepared and tastes above average by subway standards. Here one tries hard. Keep it up.

I was very dissatisfied this evening. The employees are unfocused and seem to have no desire to work. Breads are heartlessly cut and torn and that doesn't matter. Everything is simply slapped on and asked a hundred times what kind of ingredients you want.

You come at 11 p.m., there is nothing in the network that the branch is only open until 11 p.m. because of the kack virus. There are still 2 people inside but ask me out.

Unfortunately, I cannot report anything positive about this branch. I was there with my two sisters. One of the two employees in particular was very unfriendly and listless. I wanted to redeem my birthday voucher, I scanned it, and he just says: "Doesn't work". Well, don't stop then. 🙄 It was just uncomfortable to be served like that.

The food itself was relatively okay. However, the "cleanliness" made us suspicious. The employees were nice, but they weren't really focused and they didn't work properly either. We all have stomach pains and we very much hope it doesn't turn into something worse. It's really a shame, as we used to enjoy being there.

Unfortunately, at 8:30 p.m., the employee no longer had a great desire to prepare the food well - the wrap is a complete disaster, unfortunately the bread of the sub from the previous day and despite the request with onions (although ordered without them) - the only delicious ones were again Cookies (even here the prices are incorrectly marked: D) - in the future it is better to avoid this Frenchise taker in Siegen Weidenau !!!

Nice little branch. There are always plenty of cookies, and the choice of chips is also good. The sandwich artists are friendly and do their job well.

Unfortunately, the quality has become very negative over time. Shops often close earlier, many things are no longer available at 7 p.m. and the constantly changing staff is sometimes very cheeky and outrageous. The cleanliness of the shop has also deteriorated a lot. It's a shame, I used to enjoy eating there and often.

OK, average quality, especially the vegetables were partially very large. Occupation with one person at the preparation very few, but friendly. Despite showing it, the app coupon was not really considered and points were not credited.

I give 5 stars for the food. Because that was, as always, good. But how can it be that all the tables inside were dirty and all the tables in front of the door looked like SAU! The big tables outside were really dirty and nobody looked inviting that you wanted to sit down for a moment. Right now in the Corona era, a little more hygiene would really be the order of the day. After I received my food, the two waitresses had nothing better to do than sit down to the left of the counter and use their smartphones to chat and chat privately. Sorry, but it really doesn't work, if everything had been clean I would not have written such lines.

For the second time today, employees experience irresponsible behavior in this situation. For the second time in a row there were stimuli and loud private conversations with employees who were obviously free. The masks were never put on in front of the customer or pulled under the chin, or even on the forehead. The customers are already rudely turned on when they want to enter the shop when another customer is in there even though the 1.5 meter distance was guaranteed.

It really is a good meal. Since I had never been there before, I was pleasantly surprised

Sub of the day are always a good choice. The food is super fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and very often have a lot of patience. It's going to take a while to get up and running, but it still works as it should.

Too slow today. They should have at least 2 staff working at a shift. There was a long que all the way. Not a good experience

Me and my friend came into the store, and he ordered in English. Asked for garlic sauce. Cashier nod and said no problem. Then laughed with his colleague telling him that he put mustard or vinegar sauce instead since he couldn't fully understand what garlic is. And that was awful taste, plus they were laughing about that he messed up the sandwich and customer still ate it. Also he put some olives which no one asked for.

I Actually used to go to this place and buy some food after my work but not anymore because of the bad way they deal with customers i dont know how can that be.
